Shipping

Quixotique USA will ship to any address in the continental United States. Quixotique USA will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return your purchase to Quixotique USA for any reason, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 15 days.
